We were excited to have some of our closest friends come visit the last weekend in Jan. It was only the guys, but I was "allowed" :) just kidding, to hang out with them on Saturday. I really appreciated it because with so much going on lately between the move and work (so busy, but good) that it was nice to spend a day "off" soaking up the sun and hanging out. I really needed a little break. The best times are when you come home to the boys running towards you jumping in your arms. :) Steve picked up Steve V., Andy, and Greg from San Diego late Thursday. They hung out all day on Friday visiting numerous beaches, and Steve took them to one of my favorite places for lunch...Duke's in Huntington Beach. When we all got home Friday we grilled burgers and hung out; Karley even stayed to have dinner with us. Yes, Karely is back as our Nanny...another post for another day. :) But...all for the better! Saturday we made our way over to Turk's in Dana Point to have their famous Bloody Mary and then headed into downtown San Clemente for lunch. We had such a great seat, view that we just stayed there into dinner. We ate at the Fisherman located right on the Pier of San Clemente, literally 5 minutes from house. Steve found this spot on Friday and now we are excited and cannot wait to bring the boys. We sat right on the rail, as the locals call it, and had the best time. We started off around lunch time with a small bite to eat, sampling some of their fish. We just chatted, taking in the site, and then had dinner. It was actually a great day and I could not believe our view. Since it is so close to our house, I know we will find ourselves visiting the beach this Spring and Summer. We got home around dinner time for the boys and played with them for a bit and tucked them in. Steve and the crew woke up and eventually made their way back down to San Diego. It was a great weekend and look forward to their return this time with the ladies as well as other visitors. :) Here are some pics we took while downtown! Enjoy.

| HA! So, the girl with her hula hoop was getting a lot of attention, even by Steve V. (jeans and the white tee). Our waitress said she is there almost EVERY weekend. |
