Snails

Snails in California are like mosquitos in the Midwest. The only difference is instead of me swatting at them, I have to always keep my eyes on the ground because if not...Oops. The boys absolutely LOVE, LOVE watching the snails at school.  They will run up and down the sidewalk trying to spot as many as they can before they walk inside. Jack really loves to touch the shell, followed by a huge giggle and then jumps backwards. Zach today while holding Daddy's hand decided it was time to touch the shell. HA. These kids crack me up. They touch the shell and say icky. But it doesn't stop them...they keep doing it! I can only imagine what the snails must be thinking, ...here they are again!

Jack has been talking to the snails. He will go up to one as we are leaving school and say, bite me, bite me, bite me. I asked Steve what this was all about, not to mention pretty funny as he just starts shouting this and I have no clue why on earth he is saying this. Steve, someimes to get the boys inside, will tell them we have to go so the snails don't bite you. HA. Now it all comes together.

Zach spotted one on the ground. It is funny the dance they do as to be careful not to step on any...:)

Jack...moving in for the touch!

Until next time...
