Tape Measure

Today we ordered blinds for the kitchen, family room, and our bathroom. The boys were watching Daddy take the measurements before we went to Lowes. You all know they love to help and so they helped Daddy carry the tape measures around the house. Of course they were having a lot of fun so how dare we ask for them back. We always have to be creative when we need something back or whatever the case may be. It seems like our catch phrase is "it has to go nighty night"...something to that effect. The nighty night line worked and we were able to make our way to Lowes. Steve found tiny measuring taps on key chains for the boys that were the perfect size for them. What a stitch -- they walk around the house measuring everything and I mean everything. I even caught Zach standing on the couch leaning in towards the window measuring the wall. LOL!
