1-Year Anniversary -- Villa Siena

To start our 4th of July weekend off, we left work early on Friday. On our way to the Rusty Pelican for dinner we realized that this weekend marks the one year anniversary of when we flew to California looking for the apartment we would live in for 6 months. It is crazy for me to think that at the end of July will mark our one year anniversary since living in California. It has been an adventurous journey thus far and still hard to believe that it has been (almost) one year! Here are some photos of Villa Siena, the apartment complex that was once our home. I am not sure how families raise children in apartments, but it was a good experience for us and at the end of day it certainly did help contribute to some of our biggest memories.

Main Pool

The boys were big fans of the fountains. Before I started at Allergan, we went on walks each morning and afternoon and had to stop at a few of the fountains. They loved them!

The pool in front is the "Baby" Pool. We did go a couple of times, but the kids would only last about 10 minutes. Plus it was always so busy...as you can see here in this photo.

Our Apartment Plan, although we had one of the longest decks. The deck started at Bedroom 2 (Boys' room) and went down to the Master Bedroom. It was perfect for the boys if we were outside!

There are plenty of more memories of Villa Siena AND San Clemente coming your way as we inch closer to our one year anniversay of living in Southern California!

Love,
The Helland's
