We spent this weekend just relaxing and having some quiet time. I really had some quiet time and went to get my hair done Saturday morning. I hardly have any quiet time so I always enjoy when I can go and I look forward to some conversation with my stylist, Melissa. She is on bed rest now waiting for her little baby girl, Savannah, to arrive in March. I eventually made my way home :) and walked into WWII. It appeared the boys had a good time playing with Daddy. They played so hard that the boys never changed out of their jammies and it looked like a tornado landed in their playroom...yikes. HA. After they woke from their nap, Steve brought them over to his parents house for the evening. I stayed back to continue cleaning and doing things around the house that I cannot even get to during the weeknights any longer. After freshening up Steve and I went out to dinner at Luxe in Dana Point followed by a night cap down at Fisherman's in San Clemente. It was a beautiful evening---clear skies, stars out, waves crashing, and the patio heaters on. Since we are all under the weather (ahem thanks to our friend Polks who decided to um, how did he reference it, "l thought I would leave a little of the Midwest behind") and trying to get over colds, we were not out very long. We were in bed really early and even slept in. It was nice not having our alarm clark (ahem...Zacharooni) on shift. :) So for whatever reason the boys giggle when I call them, Zacharooni and Jackarooni. Hysterical. We eventually made our way over to pick the boys up at Steve's parents house after their nap. We got home and had a really fun evening playing, boys tackling Mama, and watching football. I made my mom's famous nacho hamburger dip. The boys were not entirely big fans, but I know they will be one day so I will keep letting them try the tasty dip!

| Boys love watching Fireman Sam. The timing of the show is perfect, I think about 20 minutes and it teaches children about safety. Not to mention the boys love the firetrucks. |

| This was one of the superbowl commercials. I honestly forgot which one it was because I looked over and started to laugh how intently they were watching. |
Well, until next time folks. It was such a relaxing weekend that I didn't have the camera out and just took it easy all weekend. I am looking foward to another weekend home with the boys and a little Valentine's Day celebration at Nick's South.
Love,
Julie
