29 Months

There are many times I find myself saying the same thing, but they really do amaze us each day. As they get older, sure, they are starting to really act like toddlers leaving us with good and bad days, and each day is not always a walk in the park. There are a lot of days where we have to dig deep to find out if there is any more patience left and this happens on rare occassion as they get older. If we didn't have obstacles, if we were not given the opportunity to explore life with children, or learn how to adapt to the toughest of all situations, then what fun would that be. :) I do find myself saying the same thing...I wouldn't change it for the world.

They are each other's best friend, our pride and joy, and each day they make us hold on tight because we know the future will be really bright! The boys lately have really matured in a lot of different ways and it is amazing at how quickly that can happen.

Although they are twins, they certainly can have two different personalities and this is where they become unique. Jack still likes to pretend he was not born with ears, likes to ignore the simplest of all requests, will really tell you when he is upset, but at the same token he gives you the biggest smile and is full of fun and excitement. I think he will be the jock in high school. Then you have Zach. He is very attentive, listens, and is very polite. He loves to love with anyone, but more so with his brother. He will stop and give Jack a hug out of nowhere. While Zach watches TV whether it is monster trucks or Backyardigans or trains, he becomes very serious like, as if he is taking it all in. I think Zach will be the romantic, but then there are moments where I see him as the jock too. Whatever the personality, they will always have a big heart full of laughter and love. They both enjoy playing, riding bikes, being independent...Me, Me, Me, they have to [TRY] and do everything on their own, reading books, testing limits (ahem...just Jack), and getting excited when Mama and Dada come home. :)

We are looking forward to the months ahead, but even more so the years ahead.

Saving the best for last...THEY LOVE PUTTING MONEY IN THEIR PIGGY BANK!
When they are all done, they look at us and say. "more".

Love,
Mama and Dada
