"HI" & Floating

I find it a lot more enjoying sharing with you all what the boys are up to whether it is their latest trick, or when they do something special that melts our hearts.  Both boys are quite the stitch. However, Jack knows when he is going to be in the dog house by the look we give him. He is very observant. Some days make it challenging because you cannot fault the little boy for being a typical boy that is “2”.  On occasion, when he is being this typical two year old, ahem, he will look at you and say “hi” in his innocent little voice followed by his famous flashy million dollar smile looking at you with this twinkle in his eye. He certainly knows how to avoid “time-out” because it gets me every time…HAHA.

At some point we will work on getting the boys into swimming classes, but as of now that is not a priority. The boys love water and eventually when they are just a little older, we will soon start with classes. Until then, we will use our bath tub for pre-training classes conducted by very important instructors and lifeguards; Mommy and Daddy. J Zach has been really good about laying on his back and allowing himself to float. Now he does this all the time because he thinks it is so cool. The smile gives it away. He is able to lower his head a little more now so that he is almost under water and as smart as he is, he understands his limit and will not go any further. I have to laugh because sometimes it is hard to get them out of the bath tub because they have so much fun. Earlier this week as were letting the water drain as a hint of okay time to get out, but Zach was mastering his floating ability. Steve looked at him and said, “Zach, you are not floating when your butt is touching the bottom of the tub”. HA. Good one Zacharoo.

I have included some pics of Zach practicing his newest skill. Jack was just looking on, although we will need to give Jack room to practice since they are getting longer and Zach likes to control the space in the bath tub. *I don't feel right posting one pic in particular because I feel like I am invading Zach's privacy, so this is my special apology to my little guy Zach for exposing you...
